Our products are made after order, which means the time to ship may vary. Generally, we try to ship orders within 10-12 business days. Where possible, we ship by USPS with delivery confirmation and tracking. You will receive tracking information when your order ships. If you ever have questions about your order, please contact us

If your order arrives and it is damaged, please let us know within 3 days of receipt. Please provide pictures of the item which was damaged. We’ll either refund or replace the order, at our discretion. If your order is refunded, refund will be made to the original payment method. if your order is replaced, we’ll send a replacement within 7 business days, again with tracking.

We can not take any responsibility for delays that occur once your package has shipped. Please place your orders with enough time to reach your destination.
